How we check what we publish
Four rules, applied to every page without exception.

Every fact is cited
Each one shows its source and the date it was last checked. You can check it yourself.
Nothing is guessed
If a building's operator does not publish something, the record says so. It is never estimated, inferred or filled in.
Disagreements are shown, not hidden
Where two sources say different things, both appear and neither is picked as correct.
Prices are never extrapolated
A nightly rate is not a monthly rate divided by thirty. Where no monthly figure is published, the record says so rather than inventing one.
Why this site exists
Finding somewhere to live for three months is harder than it should be. Hotel sites think in nights. Rental sites think in years. Short-let platforms show you listings rather than buildings, and almost nobody tells you what a month actually costs once bills, cleaning and wifi are counted in. So we are building the list that was missing — one page per building, every fact checked and dated.
We do not take bookings and we are not an agency. When you find somewhere, you go direct to the operator — usually cheaper, always simpler.
How far we have got
2 September 2026. We list 4 buildings, in 2 areas of London. It starts small on purpose: a building only goes up once every fact on its page can be traced to a source.
Run serviced apartments?
Your building’s page is free, and it always will be. Add your own website and everyone who wants you goes straight to you — no commission, no booking fee, and position in the list is never for sale. We do not take bookings, so we are not competing with you for the guest.
Already listed? Every page carries a claim it link and a report an error link, and corrections are read by a person. Not listed yet? Tell us, and we will build your page from what is already public, show it to you first, and fix anything that is wrong before it goes anywhere.
