A three-month placement is not a long hotel stay
The buildings that suit one are mostly not the buildings that come up when you search a nightly booking site. This page explains what we hold, what we do not, and how to search it.
Why this search is harder than it should be
Operators who let by the month are often small — a handful of buildings each, run directly. Many are on no platform at all, because a platform takes a commission and a three-month let does not need one to fill. The result is that the stock best suited to a placement is the stock least visible to the person making it.
So the work falls to you: establishing which buildings in an area take long stays, who runs them, what is included, and whether a figure you are given covers utilities and council tax or not. There is no list of them. That is the gap this site is trying to close, one building at a time.
The question your policy actually turns on — what a month there costs, all in — is the one least often published. In September 2026 we examined what fourteen London serviced apartment operators publish. None published a monthly rate. That is recorded, with the rest of the method, on the methodology page.
What this site does
- One page per building. Its name and address, the unit types in it, what is included, and any rate the operator publishes — shown for the period they published it for.
- Every fact carries its source and the date we read it. Where we do not know something, the page says so rather than leaving a blank you have to interpret. If we cannot show a fact is right, we take it down.
- A direct link to the operator's own website. No booking fee, no commission, no affiliate tag. You deal with them, and they never pay us for the introduction.
- Order is by how complete and how recently checked a page is. Position is never for sale, to anyone, at any price.
What it does not do
- We take no bookings and hold no availability. We cannot tell you whether a building has space next month. Only the operator can.
- We do not quote prices, and we never convert a nightly or weekly rate into a monthly one. Where an operator publishes no monthly figure, ours stays empty rather than estimated.
- We are not an agency. We do not act between you and an operator, do not negotiate, and do not pass your details to anyone.
- We do not claim to cover a city. What we publish is what we have checked, and it is listed below in full.

For most placements that will not be enough yet, and this page is not going to pretend otherwise. If you search for a place we hold nothing in, the site says so plainly instead of offering you somewhere nearby — and the search is counted, which is how we decide where to look next.

Three things are recorded and no others: the month, the words searched for, and whether we had anything to show. No name, no address, no account, nothing that identifies you or your organisation, and no time more precise than the month. It is set out in full in the privacy notice.
Coverage changes as operators add their buildings, so it is worth looking again. And if there is something you cannot find, you can write to us. We will tell you whether we hold anything and point you at the operator if we do. We do not take bookings, we are not an agency, and we will not go looking on your behalf.
