Your building's page, free and under your control

What we are

ServiceApartment.com is a reference for people looking for a serviced apartment by the month. One page per building: its name and address, the unit types in it, what is included, and any rate you publish, shown for the period you published it for.

We take no bookings, we charge no commission, and we are not an agency. We never come between you and a guest. There is no net rate, no invoice from us, and nothing to sign up to. If an earlier version of this page told you otherwise, it was wrong and it has been replaced.

Right now we list 0 buildings. That is everything we have published so far — not everything that exists.

What your page gets you

• It is free, and it stays free. There is no charge to have a page, no charge to claim it and no charge to keep it. We do not sell position either — order is by how complete and how recently checked a page is, and nobody can buy their way up it.
• A direct link to your own website. Not an affiliate link, not a tracking link, not a redirect through us. Someone who wants you goes to you, and we are never paid for it.
• Facts, with their sources. Every field shows where it came from and the date we read it, so a reader can check it rather than take our word for it.

What we will never publish

• Your photographs, unless you supply them to us yourself.
• Anything you have written. No descriptions, no marketing copy, no page text. Those are yours.
• Anything about a person. No staff names, no personal email addresses, no direct or mobile numbers.
• Any figure we had to invent. We never estimate, and we never convert a nightly or weekly rate into a monthly one. Where you publish no monthly figure, ours stays empty.

How a page becomes public

Nothing about your building is visible to anyone until you claim it in writing. Not a page, not a search result, not an entry in our sitemap, not a line on an area page, and it is not counted in any total on this site.

You see it privately first. If we write to you, that email carries a link to your page as it would look, on your own screen, before you decide anything. Only you have that link and search engines are told not to index it.

Silence is never consent, and no amount of time turns it into consent. If you do nothing, nothing happens.

Correcting it, or removing it

If something is wrong, tell us and we fix it. If we cannot show a fact is right, we take it down rather than leave it up.

If you would rather we held nothing at all, say so and your page is gone the same day. We confirm by email, we do not ask why, and we do not offer you something else first. That is deliberate: making it easy to leave is what makes it safe to say yes.

You can also ask us never to look at your website again. That is honoured permanently, and how it works is set out on the crawler page.

Getting in touch

If you run serviced apartment buildings and want a page for them, or you have found one of yours here and want it corrected or removed, write to lee@serviceapartment.com. A person reads it and replies.

We will not ask you for a rate, for a gas certificate, for insurance documents or for anything else to qualify. We do not vet operators and a page here is not an accreditation, an approval or a recommendation of anybody.
